Nelson Eye Center also has a unique relationship with Blue Ridge Medical Center, located five miles south on Route 29.
They have a program to provide medical care at special rates to low-income families that have no medical insurance; known as the Wellness Passport Program.
We have an agreement with them to provide eye care services and glasses at a discounted rate to patients registered with that program.
